Return + Refund Policy

If your online or in-store purchase doesn’t make you happy, we’re here to help with a few simple guidelines below.

Return

We accept returns for all items within 7 days of pick-up or in-store purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • All original tags, cases, and accessories must be included

  • Items must be returned in resellable condition

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your purchased item(s)

  • Return must be shipped; customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    • Shipping address will be provided upon return request

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3 - 7 business days to process after we receive your return.
